"When we first entered our room we were hit with the smell of cigarettes - no amount of cologne could mask the smell. We asked hotel staff if housekeeping could help us, but we ultimately came back to the room still smelling like cigarettes. There was also a spot on the floor that was constantly wet next to the bed, we had to keep a towel there so our socks wouldn’t get wet. The refrigerator took hours to cool our food/drinks as well."

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"The Hotel was very clean, staff very nice, pet friendly was awesome and we were on main floor with other doggie parents! Pool was nice with clean towels! Breakfast everyday was awesome and saved us money! Hosekeepers and front desk were very nice, including the manager! Hotel did have a washer and dryer on second floor, but we choose to go to laundry mat as didnt want use a major credit card in machines, but little snack shop did sell laundry detergent. "Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff."
