"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular
Delightful staff as well .

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."

"This is my second time staying at the Mamilla hotel and I love how unique it is. The hotel
Is beautiful with character and charm, warmth and elegance. It is mid size which makes it feel like it has a personal touch and the staff know and greet you. It has a trendy vibe and is design focussed with artefacts and antiques in the lobby and common areas.
We had a studio room and it was very quiet and comfortable with lots of wardrobe space and Bulgari toiletries. Everything was well thought out and...
