"Location is excellent for visiting Petra and the staff was generally kind, but unfortunately the hotel itself was very disappointing for the price point. The air conditioning stopped working overnight and never properly recovered during my stay, leaving both the room and several common areas of the hotel extremely hot. "Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and did all what they can to make our stay comfortable, they allow us for early check in and late check out although the resort was fully booked at that time. The breakfast buffet was generous, well diversified, and with excellent taste of food. The housekeeping service was excellent, the room was tidy, and well cleaned and maintained everyday.
