Staff were attentive and helpful with suggestions for local taxi service. Such a comfortable room. Travel into Maastricht for Andre Rieu took no time at all. Would be happy to stay again here

Booked several days to attend a funeral, had a family disaster and requested a partial refund or some sort of good will gesture. I appreciate the deal we booked was non refundable but under the sad circumstances of my mother being hospitalised I did expect some gesture, but no. You'd think then that having paid for the night before we arrived, we wouldn't be told that check in wasn't till 2pm. Otherwise it was ok. When we next visit family we won't be staying there so it was very short sighted to choose not to help us.

Inchecken ging ondanks onze late aankomst helemaal goed. Er waren alleen geen handdoeken op onze kamer en de tv werkte niet goed maar dat werd heel snel een netjes opgelost. Prima verblijf gehad.

De ligging is wel goed, zo onderweg naar Maastricht. De bedden zijn raar opgemaakt een laken om het matras ipv een hoeslaken. De douche was super en de kamer was schoon. De jongeman bij de receptie had helaas zijn dag niet denk,en was niet klant vriendelijk. Ontbijt niet gehad.

Na eerst vanaf de 5de verdieping te constateren dat de sleutel niet geactiveerd was en weer helemaal terug naar beneden moesten, bleken wij wederom een verkeerde sleutel te krijgen.Stapte zo bij iemand binnen die heerlijk lag te chllen op bed. Bleek dat er al iemand anders in onze kamer zat. Geen veilig idee vind ik. Bij uitchecken werd er ook niet gevraagd of we een goed verblijf hadden gehad of iets dergelijks Hospitalty en service laat hier echt wat te wensen over....

prima locatie , dagelijkse schoonmaak. handdoeken worden niet aangevuld na de schoonmaak die moet je bij de receptie halen, 1 echt nadeel is dat de sloten van de deuren enkel sluiten als je die echt dicht trekt of duwt met een flinke klap als gevolg. dat is snachts niet prettig

Leuke accommodatie. Schone kamers. Goed georganiseerd hotel. Uiterst vriendelijke medewerkers, echt opvallend! Met de auto in 25 minuten in centrum Maastricht. Uitgebreid ontbijt, met voor elk wat wils. Echt Top!

Prima verblijf.

Samen met een vriend 1 nacht verbleven. Prima en nette kamer. Fijne douche en bedden. Nespresso machine op de kamer. Met twee cups. Geen waterkoker of thee. Machine deed het slecht en lekte. Verder prima hotel en kamer. Goed ontbijt. Niet extreem uitgebreid maar precies wat je nodig zou hebben.
