Terrible room(s)

My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

Recepção desatenciosa, nada receptiva. Bar do terraço/piscina proíbe consumo de alimentos próprios e exige consumo mas não oferece bebida gelada nem oferta de produtos/drinks. Falta comunicação entre cozinha. Havia abacaxi no café da manhã, por exemplo. Mas não havia caipivodka de abacaxi. Som do bar/terraço com volume excessivamente alto. Hotel deveia informar ao hóspede anteriormente da existência de eventos nas dependências do hotel. Um encontro evangélico de casais tirou o silêncio e liberdade dos demais hóspedes.
