Khách sạn Trung tâm Ma Cao , Ma Cao

"I was really excited to finish up my Hong Kong journey with a one-night getaway to Macau before flying back to the US. Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Tons of space and great furnishings...BUT the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled...

"1）房間整體清潔尚算可以 2）床單有啲污漬 3）浴室可能是牆紙關係開始有發霉發黑 4）沐浴露、洗頭液及護髮素，氣味可選取花香/生果味 5）浴巾可以多配1-2條 6）一次性拖鞋有破洞 7）浴缸可加多一張防滑墊 8）職員都很有禮親切"

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful with check-in and baggage storage. We had an amazing time during out stay!"

"Tolles Hotel (im Las Vegas Stil) in einer guten Lage im alten und eigentlichen Macau abseits des Strips und von daher nicht so trubelig."

"Loved that this hotel was off the strip walkable to Wynn and MGM. Area felt safe. Lots of nearby food options. Supermarket and chemist in the complex. Only thing was taxi wait but easily overcome with UBER. Bus terminal just across the road. Front desk staff were very helpful especially in organising a car to Disney for us."

"Convinced"

"Staff very nice and helpful and Courtesy and hotel convenient to visit around the city"

"Because of the swimming pool I booked it to stay, but they require me to wear a real swimming cap to be able to swim. Otherwise had to pay them 10 mop. No any relaxing swimming pool in any hotel had such an unrealistic and ridiculous requirement. Ruined my relaxing trip. Was asking the receptionist to make a reservation for my dinner reservation , he was telling me there would be 5 MOP charges. Unbelievable this hotel was the any one not try to help their customers for their simple local needs...

"Central location if you're not interested in the casinos. Close to all the shops and historical sites. The breakfast staff were all so kind and efficient. I think the Chinese breakfast is better than the Western one. The bathroom was huge and I wished they took some of the space and made the bedroom a bit bigger. It was hard to access the mini bar."

"Convenient location to casinos n good value"

"We had great stay, hotel smelled good from the entrance. They upgraded us with suite."

"good"

"I stayed at the treasure island hotel from 10/7/2026 to 10/10/2026. They blamed me for breaking their phone charging adapter which was broken in the first place. The connector was broken when pulled out from the phone. They either don’t supply with it or get a better one or not blaming customer for only using it once. They didn’t check the serviceability of the thing and blame you for it. They charged me at the end anyway even though I explained to them what happened which is unreasonable."
