"I loved that you would text them if you needed anything during your stay. I got the deluxe king guest room which was nice, however I didn’t know that it was going to be in an awkward location since my room was outside the balcony so I had to close the shades for some privacy. Housekeeping was also inconsistent since one time they have me new glasses and sometimes they left the dirty ones. They would also take towels but wouldn’t replace them. It looks like they would only make the bed and occasionally restock your amenities. The pros are that you are right on the riverwalk and close to everything there is to explore"

"Location was prime as you are close to airport and restaurants. Hotel does a good job blocking hwy and air traffic. The room was huge. There was a ton of space to move around. Bed was very comfortable and TV had a lot of channels. It was a great stay"
