I didn’t get refunded and I had to sleep on a bus in Nairobi Very bad situation left me tired broke and confused It’s not even close to the airport "

"We didn’t end up staying. The host was nowhere to be found. Finally our Uber driver reached her and half an hour later someone showed us to lead us to the apartment. It was a pit. We booked 3 bedrooms, but it had only 2 and not enough beds. I finally spoke directly to the host and asked her if she booked through hotels.com, and she said maybe…a long time ago.
