"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. "The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! "I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking.
