"Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre obwohl es gut gebucht war"

"I booked this hotel because it was close to friends I was visiting. My husband and I had been here before and had really liked it. The single room was small but very efficient and had all amenities that I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond when I left some clothes hanging in the closet of my room. I needed them for a cruise that I was going on, and they shipped them to my new destination within one day. "Sehr freundlich Personal, toller Service."

Insgesamt enttäuschend. Für mich war es der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel."

They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in instructions were clear, however entering the code at the sensor display was somewhat cumbersome, but it worked at the end. The apartment was pretty spacious and clean, although some furniture was a bit shabby. Kitchen was quite compact, but had all...
