"This was a lovely hotel, with Katia ( the Hotel Manager) present and regularly asking if everything was satisfactory.
The building , the rooms , spa and indoor / outdoor pools : all beautifully maintained.
The breakfasts were wonderful ( cold buffet but also choice of omelets, eggs Benedict etc!)
Dinners at either the golf club or Oxalis dining room very good .
For us the outstanding features were the fantastic Palheiro gardens …..& the exceptional friendliness of all the staff ( Sonia,...
