"Amazing location. Great staff - came to train station to pick us up and help with luggage, arranged the most awesome guide (Alberto), and let us store baggage before and after the check-in. Beautiful views. Spacious rooms. Traditional decor. Lovely alpaca beddings. "

"Logement bien situé dans Aguas Calientes, cependant en restauration lors de notre arrivée. Porte d’entrée pas fermée la nuit, salle de vie pas encore aménagée. La rivière est juste à coté, pensez à ramener des boules quies si vous êtes sensibles au bruit ! Personnel très agréable :)"

"Quarto espaçoso, mas muito escuro. Boas camas e lençois. Banheiro horroroso, pequeno, escuro, faltava uma lampada perto da pia, impossivel ver o espelho. O chuveiro foi o pior, mal saía agua, e se saía ou era super quente ou gelada. E a pressao sa agua variava a cada pouco. Pessimo banho, sem falar na cortina de plastico do box e nao havia nem onde guardar o sabonete. O hotel tambem é muito barulhento. No andar acima do meu era o cafe, entao desde pelo menos as 4h da manha havia gente falando,...

"We left early to go to Machu Picchu and were given a takeaway lunch to compensate the breakfast we'd miss;very appreciated but it was a stale roll with 1 slice of cheese. The room was cold and the curtain fell.we were on the 3rd level facing the town square. This was the only saving grace as we got a real insight into the community spirit and a view into what it's like living in this beautiful place."
