"The hotel offered to help with luggage to and from the train station. This was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and the fact that it included breakfast was also very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star is the trash on street walking down to hotel. I felt safe at the hotel."

"Staff was very helpful but Bed sheet was dirty and washroom shower was terrible, mold every where . Terrible mattress. We only booked for one night and stay awake the entire night because mattress springs were squeaky, I will never book this hotel again . I had terrible experience."

"We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic."

"This was an ok Hotel. Morning Breakfasts was great. The server was very helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill in Aguas Calientes. Close to waterfalls and natural...

"Good"

"Excelente servicio."
