"Considering how crowded Machu Picchu Pueblo is, this hotel’s location is great. It may be right next to the train tracks, but at least it’s flat and there isn’t constant foot traffic. Anywhere in this town will be noisy - either from the trains or the river. Pros- staff will meet you at the train station to escort you to the hotel.(A very wonderful surprise). Friendly staff. "Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back."

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, King bed was great, and we had a small seating area in our suite, which was nice. The bathroom was adequate, not luxury but definitely as expected. The view was fantastic out the window!"

"We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"
