"Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back."

"Super cool bed and breakfast! The staff was awesome and incredibly attentive to us. Be prepared to climb some serious flights of stairs but it is worth it for the views of the rooms buried in the jungle on the side of a mountain!"

"We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs."

"Property is good choice for overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that my standard room was inside with window facing internal corridor. Right next to elevator means you get noise but at least I didn’t hear the train. Booked at last minute so was expensive for what I got.
Staff excellent/helpful.
Overall hotel meets 3 star rating."
