The room was spotless and one of the most unique views in the world. The staff really went out of their way from meeting us at the train station to get our luggage to finding us the very best guide for Machu Picchu. 10 of 10

Wonderful experience! Comfortable bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. No better place to stay in Aguas Calientes!

I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. One of those places that cannot be over-hyped, it's just incredible. Get there when it opens at 6am and avoid the crowds and day trippers. Highly recommend getting a guide (my hotel organised a very good guide for me, his name was Wagner).
