"I loved my stay here! They call it a motel, but it is like having your own mini apartment. You are surrounded by breathtaking views too! The “room” which was a two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and small living room was clean and updated with minor damage on the kitchen floor from the fridge (I assume). Would recommend staying here! I hope to be back someday soon."

"We stayed 2 nights. Great location to Mount Cook area (30 minute drive) the Lodge was clean, comfortable and include a wonderful dinner and a full breakfast. The staff was warm and welcoming. "

"Check in was excellent with staff helping us finalize arrangements for a couple of tours. Room was scrupulously clean. Lots of clear instructions for appliances which were all very useful. We didn’t prepare any meals, apart from breakfast and the kitchen utensils etc were more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment’s are also very close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"Worst place we’ve ever stayed in New Zealand. It’s a cheap accommodation overall. In room 303, the heater didn’t work, the oven was broken, and the view was literally nothing. They provided cheap instant coffee, cheap utensils, a cheap mattress, and cheap pillows. The place is also isolated, with nothing around. I would not recommend it.
We let Eddy, the manager, know about all the issues. The only “compensation” offered was a ticket to the theatre — a boring, cheap 30-minute video that they...

"マウントクックへは、インターシティバスで行きましたが、ハーミテージホテル裏のバス乗り場からそれほど遠くなく、十分歩ける距離なのもいいです。
スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーです。
思っていたより部屋は広くて、清潔感もありなにも問題はありませんでした。
部屋にはスマートテレビがあり、Netflixなどが楽しめます。
シャワーも排水口が低くなっていたので、思ったほど水はたまりませんでした。
ただ、やはり濡れるのがイヤなので、ビーチサンダルを持って行きましたが、これが役に立ちました。"
