"Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book...

"Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean."

"Free laundry option is always appreciated. Television choice is fairly poor with many channels on in-room guide having no signal. This is second stay due to convenient and safe location; would stay again just on those terms. Only issue is to ask for room away from room 206 as occupant leaves door ajar and moans/chants loud enough to hear down hallway or blasts television. On both trips, the same situation so it might be a long term resident. "

"Absolutely disgusting!! Drugs being done in the parking lot, front desk staff was higher than a kite and took over 45 minutes to check us in, the room was gross, spiderwebs, holes, rust, room above us stomped around the whole night, doors slamming, a man and women fighting threatening harm to each others lives, DO NOT STAY HERE! Pictures are misleading and possibly of another room."

"Terrible odor in my room, and there was a window taped up with black tape that was jammed open and looked terrible while also letting in cold air. After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant."

"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."

"The beds were comfortable. There were a couple of ants and one silverfish in the bathroom. Coffee in the lobby is wonderful with their machine that grinds the beans to dispense the coffee."

"Paint failure in the bathroom, had chips falling off while showering. The carpet trim came off with no hesitation."
