"Great stay!! Meet my expectations "

"I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. "We did have a great time however upon entering the room I was very upset because the room pictured looked nothing like the actual room. I thought I chose a beautiful blue room but instead the room we got was plain and nothing like the pictures. The staff were great and the restaurant was great but our room was not."

"when i saw that this place was a bread and breakfast, my wary antennas shot up, but our stay in cherry valley manor was absolutely royal! we stayed in the royal treatment room, and it truly was royal! it had a vintage style and vibe, but all the furniture were brand new condition so it felt like we were in a palace. we hope to come back and try out the tiffany room next occasion! the atmosphere was calm peaceful warm and inviting! it was perfect for a nice getaway with my husband. it was clean...

"It says it’s an extended stay hotel, but there are no coffee makers in the rooms! . There’s a washcloth and a bath towel, but no hand towels, and no other common amenities in the bathroom."

"This is my first poor review for a hotel experience unfortunately. Not only was there a hidden fee hold of 200 additonal dollars, which Expedia and the Hotel's home website both stated it was a 50 dollar hold, but from the start my king suite had many issues, such as a very smelly garbage disposal, broken alarm clock, children's handprints smeared all over the bedroom window, and pen marks on the kitchen countertops.
