"Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but comfy area to wait in. Redon was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Bathroom didn’t seem as modern as other areas. Used the pool and jacuzzi, jacuzzi same temperature as pool which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps need info about using the lockers ..."

"Staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Phone didn’t work and sink needed fixing but the staff were very reactive and couldn’t have been more helpful."
