"everything and they still won't send me a copy of my invoice for the stay and they did not return the deposit to me. They also did this last year when we stayed there so it seems like a scam giving them a "deposit" that they say you get back upon departure but they never intend to at all. As I took my dog out for a walk in the morning, there was a homeless person coming out of the main lobby bathroom and wandering the halls when I came back in the building."

"I booked this place because it had a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub was out of service for the duration of our stay and when I spoke to the staff about it they basically said oh well and didn't offer to do anything to make it right. The day we were supposed to leave there was a bad rain storm and the roof had several leaks in it. The power went out for an hour and half as we were trying to pack up. The complimentary breakfast was awful. This hotel was subpar and I would never ever book here...

"The room was large and clean. There was no traditional TV, only apps. I wanted to watch sports in my room in the evening as I often do and it was impossible to do so without buying an app."
