"Our TV didn’t work because the last people in our room took the HDMI cable. Even though we knew how to fix it they never got us a new cable.
There was one particular front desk receptionist in the evening, her name was Juanita I think? She was extremely rude. She always had an attitude or acted “put out” if you needed to talk to her. At one point I went downstairs to ask her about the Amazon package I know had been delivered and she gave me an attitude, waved her arms around and said there’s nothing here the girl before me must’ve taken it. She didnt even look for it. The next day the manager walked in the back area and came back with the box.
But please don’t think that all the staff is bad because everyone else was wonderful.
At one point, our key cards stopped working. We went downstairs to ask about it. The girl with the attitude was there and re-swiped our cards. Another girl that was working the front desk and had just finished work offered to come up and make sure we could get in our room. I stayed downstairs in case the cards didn’t work. I was around the corner waiting & attitude girl started talking, smack about the other girl, and my son and I to the customers that were standing in the lobby. The other young lady helped us get in. I can’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and so is Stacie & the manager was nice.
Unfortunately, I have 1 more complaint and that was the beds. I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my entire life!"
"Staff was great, Breakfast options and quality for it being included was good. However our room was NOT clean, especially the bathroom. I will be posting/emailing the pictures on google. The bathroom shower was leaking on the floor and with that I used a towel to wipe up the water in which i realized HOW DIRTY to floor was. The towel was black. Then realized that they tried to fix the broken shower by caulking/resealing around the edges and the sliding door's glass was completely covered in dust from whatever construction happened. the edges had the white powder in the lips around it. then I was thinking. I am not going to continue in this room, however there were no more King Rooms available so I continued the already black towel to clean our bathroom fully. I found 2 pieces of broken glass in the corners under the sink (easily found by the way) so I know this room was not cleaned very well if the bathroom was in this much of a mess. We paid $200+ for one night and I've stayed in Motel8's for $100/night that were WAY cleaner than this. I was quite dissapointed."
