I am not a Keurig coffee fan for a number of reasons: single use plastic and flavor among them and that is their lobby offering. But the staff are authentic, friendly, and just awesome. Interior room quietest option. This was a return stay."

"The staff was friendly, when we first arrived the room we were put into smelled of fish, tv didn’t work , and AC didn’t work. They moved us to a ground level unit. Unfortunately the first floor seems to be housing tenants with odd behaviors. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. And out side both entrance “tenants” would hang out with other tenants and cause a commotion. The second room had mold on the beds headboards and the windows did not latch properly. The carpet felt wet and we did not walk...

"We had an amazing stay at Viking Village resort! It is an absolute hidden gem and truly felt like a fairytale escape. The cozy wooden houses are free-standing, which gives you excellent privacy, making them perfect for either a family trip or a solo getaway. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped kitchen inside. The entire area is incredibly quiet with absolutely no outside noise—just total peace. "The bed was hard to sleep on, the outdoor pool was filled with dirt, the indoor pool/spa/massage area is dilapidated, and the continental breakfast offered the bare minimum. When using the shower, switching from tub to shower was a task in itself while the water pressure was weak"

"Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied."

The breakfast was limited and it was make your own type of choices such as bagels, slices of three kinds of bread, and English muffins. You can toast them by yourself and small individual packaged butter were provided. Not cream cheese nor jam. Not hot meals such as eggs nor bacon, sausage. We however enjoyed the bagels every day! There were some fruits available. We also loved the jacuzzi, a large tub very much....
