"This hotel has a lot of potential, with vast green space and huge area for outdoor activities. Sadly, it is so neglected in terms of maintenance that I would not recommend it at all, especially for long term stays. We got a small house which was in desperate need of renovation, mold on the front windows and facade, poorly lit, they have not even changed the light bulbs which were not working on the stairs! The place was not clean and fresh when we arrived, there were spiders and webs everywhere...

"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. PROS: The location is stunning. The beach is fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area is great. The staff are very friendly, polite and in most cases speak good English, a basic criteria in any European hospitality business. The facilities and leisure options are also very good; Tennis, paddle, basketball, football, kayaking, it’s all there if you want to use it....
