"The room itself was nice and had a great see view. The hotel is advertised as two connected properties with spa amenities but in reality they are pretty disjointed and quite a bit of walk from each other. The spa reservation system is not great because there is no online way to reserve a massage and one needs to go to a remote reception spot to reserve it between 10 am and 7 pm (which is prime time NOT to be at the hotel). "Newly renovated Or it seemed, A few pools and great free spa (not massges just amenities) Hotel convenience was excellent. Walk most places and local bus’s were plentiful as were tour bus’s at bottom of hill. Staff was fantastic and There is a mall just around the corner with a Pingo grocery store and clothing shops/fast food.. Last and certainly not least staff was excellent and attentive.
