"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

"The staff was very helpful, especially Rodrigue and Rachel also, the property was well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It had a lot of variety.The only thing I disliked was the pool deck was under construction, and there was a sewer smell on the property other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"This is a nice hotel close to the airport if you are looking for something easy & accessible. We were scheduled for 3 nights but missed two because of flight cancellations out of the Azores. No consideration given for the extreme case. Our room overlooked the ocean which was nice but the beds are hard (all throughout Madeira). The breakfast is great with a lot of choices & the pool areas are fantastic. The swim area on the ocean was our favourite."
