"El hotel se encuentra en construcción, el cuarto estaba repleto de polvo, el piso y los muebles repletos de polvo. Incluyendo recepción y escaleras El sonido de la construcción empieza desde las 8 am, los colchones están sumamente incómodos y no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Únicamente con un aire portátil el cual está pegada a la cama y buro y hace mucho ruido. Pedimos especialmente que nos limpiaran el cuarto por el polvo y únicamente tendieron la cama. "No me gusto los desayunos, era lo mismo todos los dias, algunos meseros sobretodo los de la noche eran muy racistas atendían excelente a los americanos y a los Mexicanos no nos hacían caso, el personal de la vigilancia siempre muy atentos sobretodo sr. Enrique, la chica que está en un escritorio no recuerdo su nombre pero esta en el turno de la mañana muy atenta y servicial, lo que no me gusto las habitaciones muy pequeñas y el baño muy pequeño, se salia el agua de la regadera por lo pequeño"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"Good overall for the price , the staff isn’t as welcoming and helpful as other hotels. You walk in and everyone is just staring in your face and barely say hello . Room service don’t listen to your order properly . The gym is very good and clean Outdoor pool is closed, so there is only an indoor one"
