"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for a hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. It says they have this on their information. This isn’t true and I only found this out when I landed at Mumbai airport. I had to pay 1,000 Indian rupees for a taxi to the hotel. I had to pay more than 3,000 Indian rupees to go back to the airport which is a complete rip off for a short trip. I had no other choice. The hotel need to change the misleading information they have on their page. Also, the room I was in was next to a construction area. It was very noisy until j k ate at night with jackhammers and loud talking. All the staff were lovely. I’m very disappointed about the taxi costs. I would gave preferred being in a room away from construction areas. "

"One of the best hotel in Mumbai. This is the second time that I stayed in Oberoi Hotel . Every time I had best experience. Room was very clean , comfortable and quiet. Staff were very professional, helpful and kind. U had a good view was able to see half of the ocean . Breakfast was super delicious "

"Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and ready upon my arrival. Cost of room is high when compared to other hotels of the same category, but it’s hard to beat the convenience of being in the airport. I would stay here again when in need of a room during a layover."
