"The staff at the front desk was very helpful in early check in. Location of the hotel is good. Room was clean, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, edges and the corners were filthy."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to the staff member who assisted us when my son was not feeling well a day before our departure — he personally helped us reach a nearby doctor and was extremely kind and supportive. We truly appreciate his efforts and care. The only small drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant. They...
