"I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room. I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm. There are some issues with the air conditioning units in some of the rooms along with other small problems here and there that are to be expected. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Any issue I ran into they immediately corrected and took care of. The front desk manager is absolutely fantastic and his professionalism and patience is incredible. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."
