First time staying here and we'll definitely be back, especially if we ever need a longer stay. Checking in online and going right to our room was so nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy walking to downtown and plenty free street parking on the weekend. Very happy with our stay

Everything was very nice, clean and well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable as well and I'm a harsh critic. There was a hiccup with parking upon check-in, but the online chat system was easy and got a quick response.

Great stay at this hotel. No front desk just FYI but it’s beautiful and easy to get in the lobby and to the rooms very accessible. Just read the directions. Well appointed room very cozy. This place was not very user friendly, no one around to ask for help and the check in process was very difficult and not easy to get in contact with anyone. Parking was not clear a d I had to spend extra money to park after I got there.

Decided to try out this newest option in Madison. I was blown away by the spacious unit, thoughtful design and easy access getting to my unit with no front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Madison!

1st time Here for a show 10 minute walk away. Parking garage was convenient! Apartment had everything you could possibly need. Laundry in unit! The mini split unit sounded slightly possessed but that was my only complaint.

The check in process is a bit silly. Have to fill out a form (they give you only 24 hours to do it so if you miss it, you miss it), you need to upload your drivers license and a credit card and wait. You will not get the access code until 1/2 hour before check in. Parking is not fun. If you don't enjoy technology, I would not book this place.

Everything was brand new and clean. Every necessity was included (dishes, cookware, towels, teapot, sound machine, full size fridge/ freezer/ icemaker , stove, gourmet coffee/tea, washer/dryer) Keyless entry was great. Walking distance to local event venues. Everything was so awesome it seems super nit-picky to say the fridges icemaker made a lot of noise. But thats my only complaint. Also, plan your checkin for Before you plan to arrive. The wont text you the entry code until Exactly the time of your reservation.

We loved it and we love the set up of virtual check-in, etc. We found the place new, clean friendly and very easy to get into the rooms in the Ap-hotel. People who are complaining online just don’t seem to be used to the new set up. There’s no Front Desk.

The location is good. Within 20 minutes walking you can find coffee, varying restaurants and the Capital square. Beautiful residential neighborhood. The interior and outdoor lounge area is quaint and welcoming. Road parking is available but very limited at varying times. I’d suggest purchasing a parking space. Loved my room. The apartment structure of the room was efficient and comfortable. Kitchenette well stocked, washer and dryer and a separate bedroom area. Truly enjoyed staying here!
