"It was understaffed. Only 1 person at registration counter, only 1 at snack bar, only 1 at casino drink counter, resulting in serious delays. Dining options were limited. Gaming options were limited. But the view of the river was very good from outside and from our 5th floor room."

"Driveway in poor shape. Furniture in room looks like it was taken out of the trash…all torn up by animals. Room smells strongly of mold. Carpet was wet so couldn’t take shoes off. Actual pieces of pretzels on carpet in doorway. Gave me a different room, but didn’t record it in the computer so other ..."
