"Room was clean but desperately in need of updating. Chairs and box springs were obviously worn and had holes. Coffee in the lobby was the worst I’ve ever tried to drink. Breakfast was worse than usual. Given all that, on the surface things looked clean and the staff was nice. We will NOT return."

"This place should be shut down. If I were Motel 6 I would take their franchise flag away! Filthy, no fire alarm in the room, burn holes on the duvet, mirror held up with electrical tape, tv didn't work, so much more to say, I stayed for 20 mins and went to the front desk a demanded a refund, which I still have not gotten. This place beeds to be inspected by the North Dakota department of health which, I will call next."

"The location is convenient for traveling, breakfast was decent and pets are allowed. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, when we went the elevator was being worked on, so it was inconvenient for our family. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking."

"First room they gave me, the need was broken and the latch to lock the door was barely hanging on. They did upgrade me to a larger room, but the TV didn't work. I told the staff in the morning but when I got back out still want fixed. So the evening shift fixed while I was out. They were helpful but the place itself seems in disarray."

"cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...
