"Mattress was hard as concrete"

"BED BUGS!!!!!! Lights not working, Heater not working, rude owners!"

"clean, large suite with coffee shop and restaurants close by"

"Booked a king room. Hotel called and said the only had Queen available that Expedia messed up booking. I said fine but there were at least 3 king rooms available. Was still charged the same price."

"We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...

"Nice place, nice staff, clean rooms."

"it was amazing— staff was kind, room was clean and breakfast was soooo good"

"Excellent customer service, and very clean rooms!! Will definitely utilize again!!!"

"I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!"

"The grass was very high to walk your dog, it also needs help with property maintenance. The rooms were clean but the ac system is old, loud and smelly."
