"A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù."

"Hotel vieillissant. Nous avions réservé une suite et, malgré un premier regard positif, il s’avère que les équipements de la chambre sont en mauvais état et auraient besoin d’une maintenance. La douche ne respire pas la fraicheur et certains équipements sont détériorés (accroche-serviettes, éclairage, …). Le petit-déjeuner est très répétitif et apparemment bien mieux achalandé lorsque l’hôtel accueille des groupes. Les œufs en omelette sont parfaits le premier jour et beaucoup trop salés les...

"We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, well maintained wellness spa hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff, the spa staff (Carol), and the restaurant staff (Francesco, Marzia, and Francesca). The room was updated and clean thanks to Daniela and the other lady who was making sure our room was tidied everyday. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we ate one meal there besides breakfast everyday of our stay and did not regret anything we ordered...

Breakfasts were on the top floor with good views. Nice selection with a hot and cold buffet. Comfortable bed, good shower and selection of toiletries."
