"Only stayed one night and the room I was in smelled of smoke. It’s was clean but smelled terribly."

"L’emplacement près de la gare et le vieux Aix."

"Very close to train station but try and get a room not facing the train station due to noise. Wc was seprate to the shower which is a minor niggle. 15 mins walk to old port and lots of shops nearby. Lots of mainly Arab food places open late and very early and dead cheap on the door step. Feels relatively safe despite the riots dying down. Mareilles is not dangerous like the media states. Metro station faces the hotel. Pool use costs extra and I was not aware of this, need to pay 30 euro for a...

"Great position in the old port. Easy walk to most places of interest"

"Great!"

"Staff was very helpful/friendly. Great location with beautiful views."

"The free wi fi was basically non existent unless you were outside of the lobby doors. The menu for the dinner was horrible, not much to choose from. It would be nice to have vending machines to be able to purchase snacks and non-alcohol drinks. The room was comfortable except for the poor wi-fi and clean and the bed was comfortable."

"When we arrived, the protest began which locked us down in the hotel for the night. Staff did an excellent job keeping us informed and safe. Building was surrounded by protesters, Gendarmie, and we stayed inside. We were disappointed in the options for food and did not want vending for dinner. We had a frozen pizza at the bar that was average at best. The room was very basic. The bathroom felt like a step above an airplane toilet with the plastic feel. There was a terrible smell in our...

"The hotel is located in the middle of all things happening in the city, so it’s very convenient to explore the area from there and enjoy the bars and restaurants in the area. Although it doesn’t have on site parking there is a paid and secure underground parking nearby for 25-30 euros per day. It’s a very basic hotel without any special amenities, but it’s location is what you are paying for."

"Dear hotel members, Solane and Lemiiel, Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. We truly appreciated the warm welcome with coffee when we arrived, and the fantastic room with such a beautiful view made our trip incredibly special. Your exceptional hospitality and thoughtful care did not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond to look after us. Warm regards,"
