"Only a ten minute walk to the Space Needle. There's a big grocery store about four blocks north of the hotel so we were able to stock up the fridge with juices and food.
Only downside was the compulsory $35 US per day charge for 'amenities'. Have never been charged that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Should have been notified when the room was booked."

"Room had a sofa bed, totally unusable as metal springs visible. Called front desk, they sent 3" foam pad and mattress cover which was dusty and who knows where it had been stored. Chose to close the sofa and sleep on top of the cushions instead.
Asked about their 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund policy and was informed that since I had booked through Expedia I would need to contact them for a refund."
