"Although it was advertised as parking available, there was no parking available nearby. The nearest public parking was 1.8 km away. The room was on the basement, with the windows directly looking at the next building, so practically, the was no view and limited light. Not recommended."

"The hotel is beautiful and the first night I was there I was in a really cool room with a loft. I left for a week and then came back and stayed another night. This time the room was underneath the restaurant and was super loud until well after 11 PM. But overall, it’s a lovely property and very well located."

The property was wonderful one of our favorite places to stay during our three weeks of travel around Italy in Sicily Martina, who first greeted this was so thoughtful caring suggested places to go for history also places to eat, even where to get our laundry done she has an excellent Host and made the day id. "Great room, breakfast, and staff. Adequate parking. Not too far from the historic district. Only issue we had is that the walls everywhere are painted black and lights were barely on, so it’s difficult to see where you are going. That’s the vibe, but older people like us may have a problem. "

"We had such a lovely room, the private patio was gorgeous with many health plants and panoramic views of Ortigia. We could see the city on the right and the sea on the left. With the wooden table & chairs we had a lovely breakfast out there with a view and we were able to catch a beautiful sunset on our first night without having to leave. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the room was very clean & quiet. We would absolutely come back again."
