"The bathroom wasn’t very clean, it’s like they wipe down surfaces and leave the rest. There was soap scum and mold along the tub. Staff were not very friendly and the pictures show a nice hotel than what is there. It’s fine to stay for 1 or 2 nights but would not be my first choice."

"The pools and the restaurants are great! We enjoyed our room and the beds were comfy! Taxis are expensive so getting around is challenging if you don’t have a car. "

"The views arei phenomenal! The stairs… not so much 😳. I would not recommend for folks with challenges walking or balancing. The hotel is HIGH on a mountain and the rooms are layered on the mountainside so you are required to walk a lot of stairs depending on your room location. "

"The room was clean and okay for comfort. The pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture was a little outdated but the floors were very dirty. Without shoes on your feet, your feet will get black. The front staff and bell boy were friendly. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get back and forth from your room to where the pool and food area are located. The food was good but the bartender/ server during the day was swamped and had no one else to help. The hotel needs to have more staff to help out during lunch and dinner service."
