"June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience."

"Breakfast food is good but the service especially in the omelette section is a bit slow. I cannot blame the one in charge there on her own with so many orders coming in but at least 2 staffs could have been assigned there for a faster service. It took time for food to be refilled too. "Normally I do not bother with these surveys but in Conrad's case I will. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle.
