"Clean and tidy, hotel looked like the rooms had been updated recently, good onsite restaurant for dinner & breakfast"

"Well laid out room. Perfect for my wife and I. Could do with more tea bags and milk and sugar but, thats a personal thing. Very comfy nights sleep and good choice of breakfasts to choose from. Courteous staff and attentive. Handy having a Toby Carvery opposite too."

"Man on reception was rude. Woman behind the bar was great on the first night but on the second the other woman was again very rude. Rooms weren't cleaned and towels weren't replaced. Parking is limited to 6 spaces. 4 of these were taken up by members of staff. Would never book this hotel ever again. Save your money. "

"The place is conveniently located close to the Stratford station. Nearby mall access is also good. We used the Elezebeth line to get from/ to Heathrow airport. One station ride to the Abba Voyage concert on DLR."

"Okay stay... We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more! One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed...

"We were very dissatisfied, the bar area was was dirty, I asked for a 125ml of wine but was given far more- dangerous! We had to ask for the table to be wiped, the menu was not suitable as we only wanted a light snack ahead of an early morning start. The room was dominated by a drinks fridge that every so often would make a shel noise and rubble, waking us up frequently. So it was not a relaxing night but a near sleepless one and given the cost it was aw"

"What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel. "
