"Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. "

"Booked this last minute and was pleased with the choice. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth. Lobby area well appointed - have a couple of unique features including an "oxygen bar" to help with the altitude (at a very reasonable price) and a very cool water/beverage station (for free) as well. Nice food & beverage options along with a game room with a pool table, etc. The resort is located "lakeside" - you walk out back and it's lovely. We enjoyed a good meal...

"Location, location, location! Right next to the ski lift and shops which made everything so much easier for our little ones. The lodge was large, spacious, and very clean."

"They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?"

"What an amazing location. The sounds of the river were amazing. The space is exactly as it said and is located in a great location where you can walk to almost anything at the resort. My wife and I will be back."

"Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. "

"Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. "We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. "
