"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. "This clean, mountain top property offered a cool respite from the Lerici crowd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you feel right at home. Excellent breakfasts get your day going. I’d recommend the hotel for travelers on a budget who get a very nice place to boot."

"Great stay close to the train in La Spezia! Simone and Elisa were incredible hosts. Always accessible if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they thought of everything). Up quite a few steps but there is a small lift if needed and for luggage. We loved it. Next to great restaurants and very safe area. They even called a taxi for us when we wanted one. It was a great stay."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "
