"The Master Trevi was a great place to stay in Rome. The staff was super helpful getting us settled and our room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the smoke detector light, it was super bright and blinked all the time. If you have any issues with light sensitivity when sleeping maybe bring some light blocking stickers or something. "

"The shopping was fantastic! This hotel was so close to everything within walking distance. It was very close to all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. If I ever come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again. "

"There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. "Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. "We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "
