"Rooms have seen better days with work carpets and tough towels. We stayed for 5 days and requested daily servicing of room and we had to ask several times for them to do it, as we ran out of clean towels. Front desk wouldn’t let me borrow scissors. Rooms are small. Our shower had no conditioner for 4/5 days we stayed. Parking was $39 each time you left and returned daily. So if you left twice, you paid almost $80 for parking. "hyatt should be embarrassed with the state of repair of this property. our room needed a complete renovation. for the amount of money you pay to stay here travelers deserve at least a decent room with no peeling wall paper, dirty sheets and carpet, other people's clothes in furniture, paint literally falling off walls. etc etc. also they were on strike which did not help but staff in no way notifed guests as what to do??"
