Even everything there was to do for rainy days was so nice to have, like the indoor pool, the arcades, the jungle gym, etc. It was all in all a great family friendly hotel super close to Disneyland Paris with shuttle to and from the parks. The only downfall in our opinion was the breakfast. Not enough fresh fruit for adults, and more sweets than fruits for "the kids corner", you had to stand and wait to make your own hard boiled eggs instead of the eggs being done early by staff. This was our last hotel and most other hotels offered someone prepping omelets or fresh eggs (the scrambled ones there were still runny)."

"I worked for The Walt Disney Company for 39 years, so I am very familiar with Disneyland and have traveled to Walt Disney World a few times. Your hotel was lovely and we loved the two Parks though we were not able to spend a lot of time at the "Studio" Park. We definitely would like to return to Paris to do so many things we were not able to squeeze into our trip and then come back to Disneyland Paris. Fingers crossed -"

"I absolutely loved all the amenities for kids. The outdoor and indoor playgrounds were really great. My kids loved the arcade games and the bowling space was a great feature. The highlight is of the stay was definitely the waterpark slides. I loved that across the pool the water was relatively kid friendly and never too deep. The hotel space itself is a little outdated but seeing how much fun my kids had in all the available activities was absolutely worth it."

"Clean room with a great view, but serious safety concerns for families "We had mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean, offered a lovely view, and was located in a nice, quiet area. Walking distance from several markets. Having a small kitchen was also a huge plus for our trip. However, we encountered significant comfort and safety issues. The air conditioning was ineffective, forcing us to leave the balcony door open just to cool the room down. More importantly, the bathroom layout is quite hazardous, especially for those with children. The heated towel rack is located directly next to the toilet; it is positioned so close that an adult—or more concerningly, a child—could easily suffer a burn while using the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub is unusually high, making the step out feel dangerous, especially since the floor becomes very slippery. Instead of a sturdy shower curtain or door, there is only a flimsy swinging glass panel that offers no support if you were to slip. It would nice if there was at least a hand rail on the back wall. While the hotel is aesthetically nice and clean, management really needs to address these safety hazards to protect their guests.""

"Shuttle is shared with 4 other hotels and is often very busy and difficult to get on. Very few towels and pillows provided. Breakfast was good and great it’s included."
