"Pros- The staff are friendly. Convenient parking lot next to hotel (foley parking garage). They have a pantry where there are snacks and coffee available to hotel guests. The shower is very nice. Great location. Cons- Walls are thin and you can hear the guests next to you talking. Doors close very loudly and you can hear people going in and out of their rooms. Can’t attest to the other rooms but in my room on the second floor - a/c made screeching noise like a child screaming every time it...

"Hotel is nice, our room had things that were broken. Toilet did not flush. Shades would not close. The front desk charged me 2 times different prices for the same room. I’m still trying to get one charge credited back. Valet was terrible waited almost 30 min I. The front to get my car after handing valet my ticked then they didn’t request it to be brought out. So had to wait longer."

"If I could afford to stay here all year round, it’s the only place I would stay! This is a hidden gem, every thing was clean, beautiful and perfect! Great views and amenities, amazing location. Staff were great, parking was a breeze. We were there in April and it was very quiet which was nice. If I were to say anything that wasn’t perfect it was the breakfast, fruit was very fresh and service was good, but food and options were just ok. Complimentary coffee, cookies & special treats each day...

"Hotel was easy to find but parking is an issue if you don't reserve a spot but at $50 a day. There is a nearby enclosed parking place that is a few blocks away which we paid only $13 for overnight parking. Also, the desk clerk did not provide a clear picture of what the street parking restrictions were. Beyond that, the front desk was always helpful, positive and eager to answer questions. Given this was our first time in the Cambridge area, wasn't sure of how safe it was but we found no issues,...

"The hotel is in a convenient location to explore area attractions. It is showing age and wear, but appeared clean and was comfortable. For some reason the a/c units would not function throughout the night so I’d wake up sweating and have to turn down the thermostat, which became annoying over our 5 night stay. The breakfast was rather abysmal and sometimes had unconventional breakfast foods (i.e. often the only meat offered was carnitas - no sausage, bacon, etc.., no waffle maker, no...

"Staff was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area especially Sam at the front desk. The restaurant and bar are a nice feature and the hotel gives you $15 a day to spend which is very nice . You can’t beat the location to the freedom trail or the north end for great food."
