It was amazing stay at millenium park. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very well maintained. Food taste need to be improved.

Good resort but little over priced.

I booked this hotel on very first weekend of the year. So prices were little high. I didn't like the room as it was very small. Room was very neat at and clean but you could hear sounds of other guests talking so it feels little disturbing. Same may be happening to people in adjacent rooms. So it feels uncomfortable to speak little loudly in the room. Other part of the resort was good. We were expecting a gallory to our room but it was not their. There was a arrangement for born fire at the resort so we enjoyed it but staff was not much happy when we were asking for more wood. The resort was very silent and pleasing but sometimes you may feel lonely at such place. Their luxury tents were amazing but all were occupied so had no chance to upgrade. You should book this resort only for luxury tents and suite rooms. Don't book basic rooms in this resort. These rooms are very small and overpriced.

We stayed there in a tent room for a romantic weekend getaway. Starting from the check in to check out every aspect was terrible. The hotel staff did not care much about the comfort of the guests. Being situated in a remote location, we had to entirely rely on the hotel staff for services like food and transportation, both of which was overpriced and below average. There was a group of students who was also staying there at the same time. These students created noise throughout the night and the management did not pay any attention even after repeated requests. The complimentary breakfast was again below average with limited options. Overall, it was a nightmare experience to survive the two nights we spent there. I would not recommend this hotel if you have other reliable options, which was not the case for us.

Good stay. Rooms are nicely maintained. Swimming pool should have been little bigger. Only one Table tenis board and its mostly occupied by small kids. You hardly get an opportunity to play if you wish to.

Hotel just below tableland.

Has good rooms. But certain parts are under construction. The rooms are a little away from the restaurant. Overall value for money in other wise overly priced resorts around there.

Look good but no good

First of all hotel is far away from main market. without your own vehicle it is not possible to visit in town. secondly, however Hotel looks so nice from outside, but the room quality was not at all as per desired standards. the rates of the hotel Too High as compared to facilities. I do not recommend others for this hotel

Tent don't have Ac. Not clean. No gyser. Construction is going on.swimming pool is dirty. Food is overpriced. Tariff was not clear. They charged for 5 year old kid too. Location is far away. Not worth it.

Above Average Experience

Family Rooms are very big. Its a good stay for large family get together. We enjoyed the disco at night. Carrom board was wet, but still you enjoyed it. Table tennis was good. Pool has no temperature control so we could not enter in the pool - it was not that clean also. Overall it was a very local experience. Food was good. Lobby is very small so when we arrived there was a big group waiting for check in, it was kind of chaos. Bathrooms were very good.

Nice place to stay in Panchgani

Stayed during Independence Day weekend and had booked the hotel in advance with a pretty decent deal otherwise the tariffs were a bit high. The hotel is situated at a scenic location surrounded by greeneries though reaching to the hotel is bit challenge. Its situated few kms inside & away from the main road. Some of the balconies face a small valley. Enough parking space however, the rooms are bit small. Hotel needs to upgrade its standard & provide good quality blankets. Food quality was good & staff were courteous.

Great place to take your family

The hotel is in a nice, green and scenic location. Some of the balconies face a small valley. We had gone in Feb, which not the peak season. There is ample parking area for parking your vehicles. Check in time is 11 am and check out is at 9 am (Less than 24 hours). Rooms were not ready till 11:30 am.So if your are reaching at 11, you should call them before hand and have the room ready. Rooms were well equipped. TV, phone, mini bar, tea maker etc. They upgraded us to rooms with balcony. Hotel has a small children's park, swimming pool and tram (paid service). The premices are neat and well kept with lots of plants and trees. Best for family vacations. Overall a great experience.

Hotel experience NOT satisfactory

Pathetic stay. Room was very congested even though we got "Super Deluxe" room. On the hotel website, the 360 degree view of room was much better. However actual experience was worse. On first visit of our room, we were surprised to see the room was not serviced. All the plug points (sockets) were locked. They got unlocked only on intimating the reception. Special intimation at reception was required for room to be serviced every day. The room did not have internet connection as was advertised while booking. TV remote did not work first time. Only after intimating reception, was it fixed. The list goes on and on. Overall experience was not satisfactory.

Expensive hotel, Rooms stink , not even water bottle is provided, rather they place aqua gaurd water, pathetic maintenance. Management needs to stay a day to rate this hotel. Expedia please never never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a bad Hotel, missing on few areas

1. <b>Location & View</b> - The hotel is 5 or more kms from Panchgani main market, so reaching i is a challenge unless u have some navigation help. I had huge expectation that since its away the location must have a scenic view. But all that is visible is nearby houses/hotels or trees. NO view of the valley. 2. <b>Service</b> - Kind of mixed, some people were quite friendly, whereas for some I felt that they were just doing us a favor by providing the service :). 3. <b>Food</b> - was good, especially the quantity of at least the non-veg was huge when ordered. More than two people can eat. 4. <b>Cleanliness</b> - was a plus as everything was neat and clean. 5. <b>Others </b> - Bonus they have the in house theater where they run amovie every night, which seemed quite nice as well.
