Terrible stay at the hotel
We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba .
Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard .
The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location .
We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same and ended up with the room on the A block . This room was worse then the previous rooms viewed , there was flies in the bathroom and the air condition wasn't working well. Also you have to leave a deposit at the reception to have the remote control for the TV !!!
.We made many complaints but the reception wasn't helpful at all and had no customer service .skills.
The restaurant was awful too, the food was bland and limited I found the area very unclean and not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people .
Generally the hotel was overcrowded and packed not enough experience staff to help and advise . The wi- fi never worked and when it did it was slow and useless .
I feel sad to be so negative about this hotel but its not a 4 star more a 2 star and I do travel around the world a lot . Very disappointed overall . I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family .
