Super slow trams. Empty towel bins all over the property. Towers are extremely far from front desk and tram wait can be very long! Not ADA friendly as bridges all had stairs and going around them would take very long due to how massive the property is.

Resort level quality property, I was booking for my son who needed accommodations for a single night on the island as a severe tropical storm had changed their travel plans. Very polite, and professional staff. We are very grateful.
