"Check in was easy and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. Plenty of parking. Black out curtains were fantastic, beds comfy, room was very clean (except the carpet had a couple big stains which is why I couldn't give it a 5 star). Breakfast selections, coffee, muffins and glazed donuts. "

"My experience was great--the hotel is located in Koreatown and is very close to a subway stop, which was very convenient for everything I wanted to do! The hotel room was clean, the staff were very polite and accommodating--I was able to store my luggage there before my check-in time and they also let me keep it there after I checked out (my flight didn't leave until late in the afternoon). Highly recommended!!"
