"The swimming pool was under renovation for the entire stay of 1 week, with the alternative offered being too far. The purpose of reserving a hotel with a pool while traveling with kids, was pointless. Unfortunately, no refund was provided either."

It is close to many of the city’s highlights, including the Dom Luís I Bridge, the wineries in Gaia, Livraria Lello, Clérigos Church, and São Bento railway station.
